Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with their original tags in the shipping box and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
Apply Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any Canada Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed to your original payment method.
